Meet the MVB Team

John (@johntmeyer) – Founder

John founded TwinsMVB.com while in college because he wanted to talk about Twins baseball but still explaining the DH rule to his college roommate, no joke! John has been a Twins season ticket holder since the 2008 season and in the summer you can often find him in Twins MVB Territory (aka section 219 in Target Field). When not blogging about the Twins, John is back home in South Dakota running his company 9 Clouds.

Dan (@dwade) – Contributor

A graduate of The University of Chicago Dan is a freelance writer and researcher based out of Hyde Park, Chicago. Dan’s work has appeared on several sports publications including SI.com, FoxSports.com, CBSSportsline.com, and Baseball Prospectus. He is an avid fantasy sports player and will happily answer your questions. In fact, Dan and John are not only in the same fantasy baseball league, but are also division rivals.

Brandon (@brandonwarne52) – Contributor

Brandon is a 2010 graduate of Northwestern College in St Paul, MN. He writes for BaseballPress.com, GameOnTVMN.com, and perhaps most notably, Baseball Prospectus. In addition to writing, Warne does broadcasting work for the Minnesota Sports Broadcast Network covering football, baseball, and is launching his own radio show. Warne played baseball at Northwestern, and now plays Class-A Amateur Ball in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
